About the Place

** ABOUT THE ROOM: **
This room for 2 people has:
- A double bed of 160x200 (bed linen provided),
- A bathroom with large shower and private toilets (towels provided),
- A television,
- Free WIFI).

** ABOUT THE COTTAGE: **

Chalet 1703 can accommodate up to 12 people in 5 cozy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The chalet is spread over three levels:

- The ground floor is dedicated to the wellness area in which you will enjoy relaxing in the sauna, the hammam, or even in the outdoor spa.
- On the first floor are the 5 bedrooms, including one in the traditional Savoyard "mazot", which was once used to store provisions and valuables and which has now been attached to the chalet.
- The very spacious main living area is on the second level. In the front part, you will find a large living room as well as a large table if you wish to eat on site. This space gives access to a balcony overlooking the garden, with a view of the mountains.
At the back, the bar area and a large fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook if you do not want to leave the chalet to eat.
A TV lounge with game console (PS4) is also available on this floor.
- The mezzanine overlooking the living room hosts a games room with billiards and pinball. A second mezzanine houses a library with a comfortable and quiet reading corner.

** WHAT'S INCLUDED:**
- Access to all common areas of the chalet,
- Access to the Sauna and Hammam and outdoor Spa area, open every day and without reservation. (closed every morning from 10 a.m. to noon for maintenance).
- Bed linen and towels,
- Continental breakfast, served as a buffet between 8.30 am and 10.30 am.
- Wireless.

** WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:**
- The consumption of drinks from the minibar and the wine cellar,
- Meals.
Any supplements consumed during the stay will be payable locally on the day of departure.

** CATERING: **
- Apart from breakfast, no catering service is available in the chalet.
However, dishes prepared by a local chef, ready to be reheated, are available in the kitchen (individual portions in jars).
- We can also prepare for you, on request at least the day before, a dish of tartiflette or croziflette, accompanied by green salad: The dish will be placed in your fridge, all you have to do is heat it up! (price: 14€/person, dishes for 2 people minimum).
- A minibar with cold drinks is available for each room in the kitchen, as well as a wine cellar selected by us.

** CHILDREN : **
The place being conducive to relaxation, children are welcome from 6 years old, under the responsibility and supervision of parents.
No cot or extra bed can be installed in any room.

** ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES: **
Arrivals are possible from 3 p.m. If your room is ready before, you will be informed by SMS on the day of arrival. We will not be able to know in advance if your room will be ready before 3 p.m., it is useless to contact us in advance on this subject, we will not be able to answer you.
On the day of departure, the chalet must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest (timetable cannot be changed).
