You will virtually be living IN the Madera Beach, while just enough above it to appreciate the rhythm of the beach and the people who use it. You will be able to walk everywhere in 15 minutes if you choose- to downtown and to supermarkets and the Central Market. If walking is not your thing there are waiting taxis right outside the front door. Or you can mix it up by walking down the hill and taxi back home up the hill.
