* When you make a booking with me, send me a message saying hello and share arrival details to Dublin City centre(and departure if you have already) or if you need to know anything specific I haven't already covered in the listing.
* This is a 2-bedroom apartment - not a 3-bedroom. It's not my fault if you don't read this or the pictures with captions and suddenly find yourself confused about where the 3rd bedroom is. The living area has a sofa bed. Simple.
* Location is Middle Abbey Street - I don't give any more details other than this. Only confirmed guests will know on the day or before depending on your arrival. If you want to know the exact distance from anything - I recommend an online search as I have supplied the street.
* I only share access details to the apartment building on the day or just before - as I said above, it's good to know your times of arrival and departure to figure out the best means of access for you. Nonetheless, I always keep guests informed and I would appreciate the same.
* Check-in is strictly from 16 pm and check-out is no later than 11 am.
* If you are arriving before the check-in time, I can try my best to accommodate you earlier(after 11 am) but it’s out of my control if you’ve booked a 7 am arrival flight and want to enter the apartment beforehand or leave your bags before this time because it’s not possible. No issues with being able to accommodate after 11 am.
* This apartment is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Be prepared for stairs. It also faces the Street.
* NO PARKING AT MY PROPERTY. Parking nearby - Arnotts Car Park. Jervis Street Car Park - I DO NOT KNOW PRICES - you need to do these things yourself as you pay per hour and I will not know how long you wish to leave your car parked. I recommend searching online for more information on parking facilities within the Dublin 1 area.
