There can be NO MUSIC OR EXCESSIVE NOISE heard from the exterior of the home, regardless of the time of day. If music or excessive noise can be heard from outside the home, vacation renters may incur a fine of up to $1000 or greater, and you will be evicted from the home by Aloha Palm Springs Management without refund. These rules apply to yelling and screaming as well, so please be mindful of outdoor play (especially in the pool) that might disturb others. Please be respectful of our neighborhood we just want you to enjoy your time without any problems.
- Keep in mind you are in a residential neighborhood and parking rules apply. Please do not exceed (5 cars allowed )the maximum number of vehicles allowed on-site at any time. If you need more parking please inform us before the booking.
- Please take all your personal belongings day of checkout with you, we are not responsible for any belongings that have been left behind that get lost, damaged or stolen.
- If Aloha Palm Springs Management is alerted by our roving security company that there may be over occupancy of the home, guests may be evicted without refund.
NOTE: Local regulations require that each short-term vacation rental guest be advised of the applicable city ordinances, rules, and regulations regarding their stay.
