My neighborhood is located on a island called Hundvåg that is well connected by public transport so not much here to do except nature walks around the island or other sport activities.
But just one short bus ride to downtown Stavanger then you have alot of things to do.
I would highly recommend Colored street (Fargegata).
Which is a street of colorful houses and there you can find many bars including Fri Bar that is LGBTQIA friendly and have an amazing drink called That Cocktail (caramel flavored)!
If you want to celebrate Pride in Stavanger then its normally during beginning of September! Then we have a parade and many happenings. which is worth checking out if your ever planning on coming during september month.
Generel sightings that are worth checking out in Stavanger is:
* Domkirken (Stavanger Cathedral)
Currently under renovation and covered by scaffolding.
But will be finished by Desember 2023.
* Gamle Stavanger (Old Stavanger)
Old wooden houses that are worth checking out.
Just remember people still live in these house and please respect their privacy and homes.
* Sverd i fjell (Sword in stone).
Monoment for an epic Viking battle.
But also perfect for that pretty ******** picture.
* Fargegata (colored street).
The colorful bars in downtown stavanger.
* Nye konserthuset & kuppel hallen.
Located a small walk outside of stavanger downtown.
Konserthuset have a lot of culture happenings that can be worth checking out. and Kuppel hallen is located in Bjergsted parken.
Also have a lot of culture stuff happening but also Stavangers oldest city park with alot of history and pretty views.
* Preikestolen (preachers pulpit)
Also a ******** worth hike thats quite easy hike.
Can take the tourbus right from Hundvåg.
* Kjerag Bolten
Another hike thats easily to get to from my place.
But alittle more advanced hike but really nice ******** pics.
Also Stavanger has alot of Nuart street art.
Which is worth exploring. my favorites are located at Folken bar on the side of the building, Kannik high school & many more downtown in Vågen.
Also a ton of different Museums.
Too many to list...

Respect my cats space.
If they want to cuddle they cuddle or if they want space then give them that. Also dont close the bathroom door after your finished in there so the cats have access to their toilet.
Smoking is okay on the balcony if doors and windows are closed.
But never inside!
Bathroom towels are fine to use.
Just hang them to dry and reuse them as much as possible during your stay. Also soap, shampoo and condition are included in your stay.
Kitchen:
You may use it as you wishes.
But pans is washed by hand and everything else can go in the dishwasher. Dont run the dishwasher half full.
Also my food is my food.
I might share a meal or two with you if you want thats no issue.
But then i hope you chip in a little cause food prices in Norway are insane at moment.
Bedding for the sofabed is clean when you arrive.
But i recommend putting it away during the day so you dont get cat hair all over it. if your staying long time then its possible to have it washed and changed.
As i have my own pets then no guest pets allowed.
Cause one of my cats is blind and dont react too well on the neighbors cats when they visit.
