Education, civility and respect for privacy is what everyone expects.

1. You will find your space clean and organized, please keep it, especially in your private space.

2. The common spaces of the apartment (living room, bathroom, corridors, kitchen and service area) will be kept clean and organized, if you use these spaces, please follow the rules set out above all in the kitchen.

IMPORTANT ATTENTION

Any breach of the rules, the lease will be broken immediately.

• The cleaning service is outsourced, or done by the employee, if she does not agree with your cleaning and hygiene concept, please let us know within 4 hours after you enter the space so that I can call the professional to redo it) ;
• Regarding the kitchen, you can use everything from the stove to the cutlery, going through the pans, dishes and equipment that will be shown to you upon arrival, you will be able to verify that the sink, the stove, the table will be clean and dry and that's how you should leave, that is, I hope you, do in my house, the same as you do in yours in terms of hygiene to avoid the proliferation of insects such as ants, cockroaches and above all the dengue mosquito.
• If you break any device or object in the apartment, it is your obligation to notify, repair or replace it.
• Regarding the foodstuffs used to prepare your meals (lunch or dinner) it must be bought by you and stored in the fridge available in your room, if it doesn't fit you can use the fridge in the kitchen.
• Regarding towels, we provide one set per accommodation.
• You can wash as many times as you like, there are several wash and dry laundromats nearby.
• If you want extra games and daily changes of towels and bed linen, there is a fee.

• It is allowed to bring animals inside the apartment, with authorization, we love animals, but we can't take care of the pet because we go out a lot, you can't leave your pet alone either.
• It is not allowed to walk around the house in intimate and/or skimpy clothes, the house is frequented by several different people, from children, teenagers, elderly people.
• In accordance with current legislation, smoking is prohibited inside any room in the apartment, inside the room, in unusual areas of the building and in the elevator.
• Keep silent between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
• The kitchen can be used until 9:30 pm

GENERAL

1. Please don't throw paper, sanitary napkins, condoms and wet wipes… down the toilet. Use the trash can.
