Villa del Toro: Views, Hot Tub, & Joshua Trees

1. A maximum number of 12 guests and vehicles are allowed between 7 AM and 10 PM. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. A maximum number of 8 guests and vehicles are allowed overnight.

Note: Villa del Toro has several security cameras on the exterior of the house to ensure that occupancy and vehicle limits are followed. Exceeding occupancy or vehicle limits will result in an automatic warning from the Hosts. Multiple warnings could result in the forfeit of your rental deposit and the cancellation of your reservation.Tampering with, removing, or disabling these cameras will void rental deposit and result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.

Note: Exterior security cameras cannot view any area inside the house and there are no security cameras inside the house.

2. Guests are encouraged to park in the garage or on the parking pad. Parking on the street is not allowed.

3. Quiet hours are between 7 AM and 10 PM. As we are in a neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and families, we kindly request guests limit outdoor noise during quiet hours.

4. No parties or events.

Note that Villa del Toro is equipped with several NoiseAware noise sensors to prevent parties or late night noise. Exceeding noise limits established by the Town of Yucca Valley will result in an automatic warning from the Hosts. Multiple warnings could result in the forfeit of your rental deposit and the cancellation of your reservation.

Tampering or removing these noise sensors will void rental deposit and result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.

5. Please limit outdoor light after 10M as we are in a Dark Sky area.

6. No Smoking or Vaping of any variety on the property, inside or outside of the house.

7. All land surrounding the house is private property; please do not trespass onto or fly drones over our neighbors’ property.

8. No outdoor fires.

9. Please turn off lights and air conditioning when you leave the house.

10. Please lock and bolt all french doors before departing the house and overnight. It can get windy in the high desert and the doors will blow open if not bolted, even if locked.

Any damage to the doors will be charged.

11. Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner so we can have them fixed. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to ********.

12. Before checkout please (a) put dishes in the dishwasher and run it and (b) deposit all trash and recycling in the bins in the garage and (c) strip all bedding and leave in a pile on the bed.
