The space has a Queen size bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress, air conditioning, a laptop/writing desk and 32" TV with Roku streaming.
The guest house has its own patio with table, chairs and umbrella for dining in the lovely Tucson weather (October - May)!
Guests do have access to our covered swimming pool, optional heating available. Most power comes from our solar array.

Our house is 1.5 miles from the Tucson Botanical Gardens and Reid Park Zoo. 4-5 miles from the University of Arizona, 4th Ave Arts District and Downtown Tucson.
