This is a nice spacious apartment. Two separate private bedrooms include windows for fresh air and sunlight, AC in each room, closet space, comfortable beds, and linens provided.
The living room area is designed for people to gather and share time together. There is a comfortable dining area, and a full kitchen with all trimmings to make homemade meals or just to have a cup of coffee or tea. A large couch allows you to make it a movie or binge TV night. The couch opens into a sofa bed. The dining area has seating for 2 and we have additional seats on-site. You can also use this as a WFH Work From Home station. We offer powerful reliable wifi.
The kitchen is fully stocked with an electric oven and stove, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, plates, utensils, and everything you need to enjoy making meals or eating at home.
There is a small washing machine also inside the unit for you to use. Any drying rack for drying your clothing.

Any reservations over 30 days will require a monthly inspection and professional unit cleaning. The cleaning will be serviced by my cleaning technicians and it is $100 per cleaning. You can board at Berks Street and in 2-stops you will be in Fishtown & Northern Liberties which all have Restaurants, shops, bars & lounges. These two neighborhoods have an incredible array of nightlife and social spots for all to enjoy. 4-Stops from the apartment you will be at the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, The Constitution Center, and Center City. You can also Uber for $8-12 depending.
