• No parties allowed. No additional guests unless we have spoken in advance.

• Rubbish goes in the yellow pedal bin. This can be disposed of in the black wheelie bin.
• Recycling goes in the green bin. This can be sorted out in the plastic boxes at the front of the house or left for me to sort out. We recycle cardboard/paper (blue bin), glass (green bin), plastics/tin (red bin).
• The bin collection day is Friday.
• Your wardrobe is the wardrobe on the far right. You will find hangers, spare bedsheets, duvet covers, pillow covers and towels in here.
• Please be respectful of my belongings as I use some space for personal storage.
• You can find instructions on the microwave, kettle, toaster and heaters in the kitchenette unit, including how to put the heaters on a timer.
