Washing your dishes and disposing your garbage is not included and will be billed separately, as well as extraordinary cleaning if necessary (20€ per hour).
PLEASE, REPORT ANYTHING BROKEN OR MISSING. WE WILL FIX OR REPLACE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
You may use basic cooking ingredients, like olive oil, salt, pepper, spices, and coffee. Please, replace what you finished.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY OPEN FOOD PACKAGES THAT YOU BOUGHT IN THE KITCHEN.
There is a Smart TV with an IPTV box in the living room. For Netflix, etc. use your own accounts. The Vluetooth sound system can be used by connecting your device to “Stereo Box DS2”.
Fresh bedsheets and one set of towels per guest are provided. Please, don‘t take any towels to the beach.
If you like to sleep with open window, we recommend the use of the mosquito nets that you will find in the closet of every room.
The A/C in the living room works best if set no lower than 24°C. PLEASE, TURN OFF THE A/C WHEN YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE.
