1. Check in: 15h to 00h and Check out: until 12h. If necessary, the schedule can be made more flexible.
2. The internal cleaning of the house during your stay will be the responsibility of the tenant, or we can hire an extra service. Collaboration and common sense are necessary to keep things in order. If it's dirty, wash it. Messy, put it back.
3. If you're thinking of a home-cooked dinner or lunch with our seasoning, just let us know and we can make it possible with local labor. The price is negotiated separately. Just let us know in advance.
4. Sheets and towels are changed every 5 days. If you need an emergency change,
please let us know. Important: The towels provided for daily use should not be taken to the beach and are for the exclusive use of the house.
5. Remember: when you leave the rooms, turn off the lights and the air conditioning and fans. Nature will thank you.
6. When renting the whole house: we rent the house with two 20-liter jugs of water. If we run out, the next bottle must be paid for by the guest. To order bottles, call ********. Just say that it's for Armando's house on Morro da Vicenza, or explain where the house is. We always leave a spare gas canister, so if you run out of gas, just replace it. If you would like to order a delivery or explain the address of the house: Armando's house, on Morro da Vicenza, also known as Morro do Macaco or the old Morro do Cruzeiro. Access by car from Praia do Amor, up the path to the left, at the Praia do Amor parking lot. Our house is a green house, opposite a very large blue house.
8. After 10pm, please maintain order and silence - this is very important. There are only 8 houses on Morro da Vicenza, most of them residents, and we make a point of maintaining a good neighbor policy. And for the rest of the day, use common sense and keep the sound level within the limits of the law. Here at Paraíso Particular we value respect for others and for nature.
9. We care about the tranquillity of our guests, but on certain specific dates sometimes the noise from the street in Pipa or from some houses on the beach that exceed the volume of the sound can be a nuisance. In such cases, please call the Pipa Police Department ********. When going out and going to bed, please close doors and windows. And especially when you go out, make sure that all doors and windows are closed and set off the alarm.
11. During the day, don't forget to turn off any lights that were on during the night.
12. Any damage to or loss of items in the house is the responsibility of the guest and any losses may be charged for.
13. The voltage in the house is 220 volts.
14. When renting the entire house: The maximum capacity of the house is 6 people. If this number is exceeded without the consent of the owners, the reservation will be automatically canceled, with no refund of the agreed amount.
15. Books, games and all the objects in the house can be used directly by guests. Use with care.
16. During your stay, our house is your home. Please take care of it as if it were
truly yours.
