WHY IT'S UNIQUE
The neighbourhood and town is extremely welcoming to people of all ages and backgrounds and is very LGBTQ+ friendly. There is no shortage of things to do at all times of the year and all hours of the day (or night!) We are blessed with a stunning coastline, fabulous walks, cycle routes, driving roads, cafes, bars and restaurants and shopping facilities that there is something to offer everyone.
On a clear day, you can see France which is only about 18 miles away and the proximity to the Port of Dover or the Eurotunnel in Folkestone means it's an easy journey to make a day trip across the Channel.

I didn't grow up here but was made to feel so welcomed into the community when I first visited that I kept coming back and couldn't get it out of my system so I bought a property here.
