We are pretty easygoing and want you to fully enjoy your stay with us. There are a few things you should know to help your stay go well.
GUEST PHONE NUMBERS
The names and cell phone numbers for all expected guests on your reservation should be provided to us. We will communicate with the primary reservation holder while you are visiting but may need to communicate with other guests listed if there is an emergency. We are not speaking of guests that may visit you while you are here but overnight guests on your reservation.
CHECK-IN
Check in time is anytime after 4pm. We have a self check-in lock so you can check in as late as needed. We do ask that you not come earlier than 4pm expecting to gain access to the basement unless you have made prior arrangements with us. Please provide your estimated time of arrival to assist us in being prepared for you.
SMOKING
Our unit is a non-smoking space and we ask that you not smoke in or around our home. This includes cannabis and vaping products.
PARKING:
We live on a public steeet and there is plenty of on street parking. We do however want to be respectful of our neighbors and ask that you park in front of our house between the light post and street sign (there is typically parking for three cars there). You can also park on the street that runs perpendicular to our house as there are no homes facing that street.
