This sensational residence offers all the elements of a perfect island getaway. At over 5,100 square feet this 4 bd and 4 bth villa is perfectly suited for traveling executives or families looking for space and luxury.

Whether it be from the balconies upstairs or the several rooms downstairs you can open up the doors to the sweeping views of the Britannia Golf course and enjoy the sounds of the Caribbean breeze blowing across the lush grounds.
Britannia King's Court is one of the most prestigious developments in Grand Cayman and this sensational residence offers all the elements of a perfect island getaway and is conveniently located in the highly desired area of Seven Mile Beach.

There are only a handful of 4+ bed rentals available on the Seven Mile Beach corridor but unlike the others, this luxurious Britannia King's Court Villa provides you with an unbelievable amount of luxury and space for the value.


At over 5,100 square feet, the villa's ground floor is comprised of the formal living (seats 10) and dining room (seats 8), modern kitchen with stainless steel cabinetry, TV room (seats 6), breakfast nook (seats 4), 1 bedroom (1 King) with bathroom and another bedroom/office (2 twins beds) with bathroom.

On the 2nd floor you will find the master bedroom with a huge ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower and elegant dressing table and a 2nd bedroom with ensuite bathroom and both have walkout balconies.

Whether it be from the balconies upstairs or the several rooms downstairs, you can open up the doors to the sweeping views of the Britannia Golf course and enjoy the sounds of the Caribbean breeze blowing across the lush grounds.

The villa's back patio and yard provides a relaxing and lush setting for evening bbqs (propane provided) or entertainment and is easily accessible from the formal living and bar area with lots of comfortable seating.

The high end kitchen has everything you will need for whipping up a delicious dish if you are culinary inclined or why not have a personal chef come in and do the cooking for you.

Right across from the villa's front doors you will find the King's Court pool, hot tub and additional bbq area. This area is always very quiet and relaxing during the day as this villa is the only short term rental in this phase of Britannia and the other villas and townhouses are occupied by owners or tenants who are mostly away during the day.

You also have access to the King's Court Tennis Court if you are looking for an onsite activity to keep you active and in shape.

The Britannia golf course is no longer in operation however this back drop provides you with the opportunity to go for a leisurely walk while enjoying the beautiful scenery or can be used for jogging if you wish.

In the immediate area approx. 1-3 min by car or 10-20 mins walk there are many restaurants such as Blue Cilantro, Rigazzi and Saltwater Grill as well as shopping and entertainment at Galleria Plaza or Camana Bay.

If you like walking there are restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. within a 10-20 min walk.

Taxis are also nearby and when called can be to the villa very quickly.

Having said this, having a rental vehicle would make things much more convenient and accessible.
