Rental was used as home office/studio prior too. For the most part the room only had a desk and television. The desk had been removed and the television is still there for your use. Because this is one of the bigger units available here the room has ample space for either two or one air mattresses both queens. Your room is equipped with free 5G Wi-Fi, 2 full-sized air mattresses, your own private bathroom with soap, tissue, toothpaste, towels, lotion and blow dryer as well as iron and ironing board. You will have a key for access to community amenities such as indoor and out door basketball, racquetball, tennis, swimming, volleyball, cricket and access to the community clubhouse. Covered garage parking is available at this time as well as visitor parking. You can also use the electrical charging station if your car is electric. The club house boasts a business center for work or any business related needs. There is a printer, scanner, and copier available to you as well. You and guest(s) can relax before lunch over some table games like pool and air hockey while you plans for the night or have the assistant take care of it. Either way there is plenty to do. The kitchen and living area are considered common areas inside the home so please waste no time becoming comfortable. You may have Garage access if you choose to if it is available. Taking advantage of the guest services is highly recommended if you want to experience your stay to the max with services such as a private chef for breakfast, dinner or special meal request. Lunch is not an option with private chef. If you chose to use this service, you and the guest service assistant will create personalized itineraries for the days and nights you or you and your guest chose. Then it will be filled with things you want to do while you are on your stay. There will also be a cleaning service here daily to clean entire house and laundry as well as your room, clothes, bathroom and even car if needed. The cost of this fee is 50$ extra per person per day for every day that you and or your guest(s) would like to use this popular service. Remember, life is always easier with an assistant!

Guest Service Assistant will contact you Via Email or Cell Phone. From there you will be provided a full menu with items to choose from for breakfast and dinner on every night/day that you chose to purchase and use guest services.
You will also be asked a few questions about your plans and interests for this stay all before having the GSA create a full itinerary for you and possible guests of interesting things to do all throughout the day and night. GSA's are great at working with budgets and challenging tasks like getting a table at that sold out comedy show in Addison Improv or Finding a place that sells fresh lobster for that homecooked dinner by a private chef that you would like to try. Ask about your GSA about a FREE FREE FREE ITINERARY. This is an adults only plan for a day of free events, a private meal, and a complimentary drink.
