Casa na Montanha is located on a plot of residential farms far from the city center, in an area of 1,700 m2, surrounded by nature and free from any kind of local commerce, but strategically located at a distance :

The house has a comfortable, mountain sunset and you can only listen to the sounds of nature. Close to many waterfalls. The space was created for rest and retreat. Everything has been intentionally done so that guests can have quiet moments of peace. It's a house for families, meditation groups, couples, people who want a little experience with nature. When I lived in São Paulo, close to the São Paulo highway, I thought it necessary to build a space where I could recharge my batteries in nature. The house doesn't have a TV or a barbecue, as that's not what the place is about. There are lots of interesting books there, which guests can enjoy, including drinking water from all the taps, so there's no need to bring water to drink.
Guests will also find armchairs, hammocks and a collection of books at their disposal. The house has a cozy campfire area where you can camp (let us know in advance), gather friends and watch the sunset. The house is not a hotel, it is a house in the mountains, you need to bring your own bed linen, towels; the house is frequently cleaned and sanitized. The house has a full kitchen with crockery, appliances, a 4-burner gas stove, a fridge, an electric heater for use in the bedroom, pillows, etc.
The property offers rooms for up to 6 people, and it is up to the guest to bring a maximum of 2 more people and accommodate them on the futons available in the common area of the house or use 1 extra double mattress on the mezzanine.
The house has 2 bedrooms, both with mezzanines. In one of the bedrooms, there are 2 double bedrooms, in the other, the bedroom is upstairs and the home office and balcony are downstairs. The second bedroom also has a second bathroom. Paper should not be thrown in the toilet but in the garbage can. Garbage should be taken to the garbage cans at the entrance to the condominium and placed in the baskets. All the water in the house is drinkable from all the taps, so there's no need to bring drinking water. The mountain house is close to a region of waterfalls and several nature walks, including a stroll through the condominium.
The house has a friendly caretaker, Mr. Jesus, who sells firewood, honey and free-range eggs, which can be ordered in advance by contacting him after confirming your reservation.
