The Space:
The Theodore Too is a private king room on the ground floor with a spacious bath and separate entrance. It is accessed through the gate at the back of the drive. The Theodore Too room has luxury linens and robes to ensure the comfort of our guests and provide the ambiance of a boutique hotel suite with privacy.
This room offers a secluded getaway both inside and out as there is a private. seating area in the garden right outside the French doors. In the interior hallway adjacent to the room, guests will find a refrigerator stocked with a vast array of libations and sustenance.
For those with a more social nature, there is easy access to the rest of the ground floor that houses the shared common areas, including a chef’s kitchen and a generous family room that opens to the pool area. Your host is always nearby but not overly fussy. If you need anything, he is delighted to
help.
At arrival, guests are met by their host(s) who strives to put you at ease by
sharing the heartfelt house motto: “Whatever you like.”
Glimpses of the park-like setting of Lake Davis and the cityscape can be caught out one of the many front windows, while the back of the house opens onto the sparkling, blue water of the grand piano pool. Navigating the first floor leads to many delightful surprises such as the tropical frog collection and the Bird Bar. Stepping out onto any of the patios, guests will immediately feel transported into a secluded world filled with carefully curated tropical plants that meander around a variety of inviting spots in which to gather, find solitude, or simply marvel at the unique landscape and décor.
The wide driveway provides ample parking, and guests have free access to the ground floor.
Whether you plan to make a meal or just grab a cup of coffee or tea, the kitchen is at your disposal. The Bird Bar beckons you to unwind with a decadent, sugary treat and refreshing beverages.
It is equipped with reading materials, board games a sound system, and a disco ball chandelier. You are also encouraged to explore the private grounds, pool, hot tub, pavilion, and grotto. The outdoor sound system offers just the right ambiance and can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
