- The room has an area of 12m2. It has a twin size bed, 42'' TV with Netflix, WiFi access and full closet. It has portable A/C and heating panel if required.
- The bathroom is spacious and you must share it with me, it has a large shower, hair dryer, towels and cleaning products. The room overlooks the street.
- We have a housekeeper (she comes 3 times a week) who can help you with some chores, this includes free laundry and ironing.
- Nespresso coffee machine in the room.
- Common areas such as the living room and dining room can be used as discussed at the time of booking. The kitchen is free to use to store food and/or drinks, and prepare something simple.
- Large outdoor parking which is free to use any available space.

It is located 1 block from one of the best shopping malls in the country "CC Real Plaza Salaverry", the building is located in a residential complex with many green areas and sidewalks to change, also with restaurants, banks and other stores. The district of Jesus Maria is 20 minutes away from the district of Miraflores (which has many tourist attractions and where most LGBTQI+ businesses are concentrated). It is also 40mins from the airport. Consider that the distances are short here in Lima, just that the traffic makes the driving time longer than usual.

The living room and dining room spaces could be used as coordinated at the time of booking. The kitchen and laundry room may be used at any time. It is not allowed to have extra guests at any time unless prior coordination is made. Preferably no disturbing noises from 11pm until 8am. No outside pets are allowed, as we have a dog and a cat. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You can come and go at any time, but you must be discreet during the above mentioned hours. Don't worry, it is not a monastery, but certain criteria are required. Check-in at 2pm and check-out at 12pm. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later it would be a matter of availability at no cost.
