The Short North is a short 10 minute uber drive away, 12 minutes from the Convention Center, 11 minutes from Nationwide Arena, and 14 minutes from OSU campus.

With this home, you’ll be able to enjoy all Columbus has to offer without being too close to have it impact your well-deserved sleep.

Our cleaning staff also strives to adhere to all CDC and OSHA cleaning guidelines for your convenience.

Our 5br sits on Wilson Ave where you will enter through the front that includes modern finishes such as Historic Hardwood Floors, Granite Counter Tops, two full bathrooms with one including historic tub, full kitchen, Fine art, & a Large Patio area where you can enjoy yourself out on the patio having a cold drink (patio furniture and grill to come in March-April 2022 - weather permitted).

Our 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom has everything you need to enjoy your stay here in Olde Town East to feel at home! Our Lovely House includes 5 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom. Upstairs is one 1 King Bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, 2 Twin bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. In the furnished attic comes with 2 queen beds. On the first floor is two living room space, a large dining area for 7, a fully stocked kitchen, and 1 full bathroom that includes our historic tub and also included is a electric fireplace and heater that can be used. Our common/living room space comes with 3 comfortable couches and chair where you can relax and enjoy streaming with our smart TV. Lastly, our kitchen is stocked with a kerug machine that is provided with k-cups, a blender, a microwave, toaster oven, cutting knives/cutting board, & cookware to cook full course meals for your other behalf, friends, and family. There are a Washer and Dryer in the house on main floor, high-speed WIFI & a Smart TV to watch all the Netflix you want (no cable).

There is plenty of windows allowing for natural light. Enjoy a shower that includes (Shampoo, Body Wash/soap, Towels, Washcloths, & Hand Towels).

1. High Chair Rentals (2 Available) - $30 per, on a first come basis
You can access the home anytime after 4 PM by using the Keyless Keypad to enter with your unique code that is sent 3 days prior to arrival. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.

For early checkin or late checkout, please understand there is a $10 per hour cost as long as there is not a same day check in or check out. For late check out we asked that this is communicated the night before 9 pm in order to respectively communicate to our housekeepers. If not, there is a $40 hour charge the next day if there is not a check in. This MUST be approved by the Host.
Old Town East is a historic neighborhood in Columbus Ohio. It is filled with vibrant culture and activities for all ages. Whether its a dining at a restaurant in the area or taking a stroll with the family through the Franklin Park Conservatory, you can be sure to have a great experience.

You have lots of options for getting around in the Columbus area, especially having easy access to the highway. If you're looking to get to the German Village Area, Short North area, or downtown you have the following below as well:

1. Uber/Lyft (most convenient)
2. Lime Scooters, which are great to get around Short North
3. COTA Bus depending on where you're traveling and coming from
4. Taxi
5. Personal car or car rental, there are numerous paid parking lots and garages throughout the area or street parking with the columbus park app.
HOUSE RULES:

1. NO Parties. Our properties are all residential, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. ONLY registered guests are permitted inside the property. Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, and police may be contacted and act on our behalf. We take this very seriously in order to protect our partner's assets and the city laws.

2. NO Smoking in or around our properties. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke we ask you to take it outside. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in a $200 fine or collection if necessary. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely.

3. NO music video recordings at all!

4. Keep in mind quiet hours to respect each and every one's stay around you. Quiet hours during the week are 10 pm to 7 am. On the weekend quiet hours are 11 pm to 6 am. Please understand breakage of these rules is immediate cancellation of your stay and will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

5. WIFI:
Our properties are equipped with free high-speed internet. The network name and password will be sent to you a few hours prior to check-in. Please refrain from any illegal downloads as it’s a federal offense here in the US.

6. HOUSEKEEPING:
We provide linens, towels, poggesi soaps (shampoo, conditioner, & soap), makeup wipes, ground coffee or k-cups, salt and pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, and paper towels, hand soap, kitchen soap, dish detergent pods inside the unit for you. If there is a washer and dryer offered inside the property then we provide laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets.

If you have arrived and something is missing, please alert us immediately so that we can make sure to send someone over with the replacement as soon as possible. If you are in a unit where an air mattress is available and have spoken with our team about using it, the extra pillow and sheets are in the closets. We do not provide daily housekeeping or laundry service during your stay unless requested for long-term stays.

7. SURVEILLANCE:
Our properties are monitored by EXTERIOR security cameras. These are used for the security of you, your guests, and others around you. Please refrain from any illegal activity on or around the premises.
8. CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM:
Our Customer Service Team is available Monday through Sunday 24/7, but understand they work outside of the US so we ask to understand time differences and or connection issues every now and then. Keep in mind our team is always here for you to ensure you have a 5-star experience. Please do not call or text the number provided through the channel you booked as it will go to voicemail. Please communicate through here unless there is a maintenance emergency

9. MAINTENANCE & PROPERTY MANAGER:
Business hours for our on-the-ground team and maintenance work from 8 am to 5 pm. Our maintenance team is on call though after hours when needed and available. Please note if they DO NOT answer then they are handling another job for a guest and to text them your first/last name, property address, and concern. If there is a life-threatening or medical emergency please call 911 immediately.
