Above all we recommend that you discover the village of Beynac, its alleys, its river, the barges but also its majestic and monumental castle.
The LASCAUX caves are unmissable, but so is the Château des Milandes, formerly owned by Joséphine Baker. What about the bewitching and magical town of Sarlat. Etienne de la Boétie's house alone is worth the detour. There are many prehistoric sites and countless castles. It is said that the Dordogne has more than 1000!
We also inevitably recommend the unforgettable canoe/kayak day, which is the most typical sporting activity in our beautiful region. The flight over the Valley of the 5 castles remains a MUST.
Our guests particularly appreciate the local markets, the bastides, the caves, the chasms and the tasty local gastronomy.
We will of course give you the addresses of the best restaurants and fabulous inns.
