The rent includes a completely furnished home with bed and bath linens, beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas, smart tv with cable, 3 speed ceiling fans throughout, central air conditioning, wifi, trash pick-up, utilities, and a fully equipped kitchen. Self serve breakfast items are available for guests, who are booking for nightly/weekly short stays.
In addition, room and bath cleaning after check out is included. You're visiting Ft. Lauderdale for work or relaxation, so leave the final cleaning to us. Everything is here for you to appreciate and enjoy.
