Sole Mare Seaside apartments is a small, family run hotel which consists of 3 sunset view studios and 4 apartments. The hotel is located in front of the sea , in the picturesque village of Kato Gouves.
Sunset & sea view studio-2 was renovated on 2021 and consists of an open plan bedroom with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The studio offers its own balcony with marvelous views of the sea and the sunset. The studio offers a double bed (160*200) and a couch which can be converted to a double bed. The kitchenette is equipped with pots, pans, plates etc. There are also a mini fridge and a stove.
Free wifi is provided.
Our guests have access to the next door hotel's pool.
Kato Gouves (or simply known as Gouves) is a popular holiday resort located 18km east of Heraklion, in the foothills of mount Ederi. In contrary to the neighboring crowded resorts Malia and Hersonissos, Gouves offers peaceful holidays, ideal for families with children and elderly people. Here you will find mostly families that enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches, close to all necessary facilities.
The beach of Gouves is very well organized with umbrellas, sunbeds, lifeguard, diving centers, water sports, showers, changing rooms, etc. The sea has fine sand and shallow water, but is open to the frequent north winds. Therefore, there are several small piers and small marinas nearby, where you can swim, protected by the waves. The coastal road of Gouves runs along the coast, making the detection of your favorite beach very easy! In the evening you can walk along this road and enjoy the sunset. There are also many cafes and restaurant on the road with spectacular sea view. Apart from these, on the main road of Gouves, you will find several super markets, shops, pharmacy, practice and ATMs.

We kindly ask you not to throw any paper or sanitary products in the toilet. Please use the small trash bin next to it.
Do not sit wet or with sunscreen on the sofa or bed. Please take care to not stain the bed or bath towels.
Please do not operate the AC while doors or windows are open.
Please try not to bring sand inside the apartments.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, only at the balcony.
Only confirmed, registered guests are allowed inside the apartment.
Please respect the other guests. Quiet hours between ********.
Our guests have access to the pool of Kalia beach, the hotel that is right next to us. Your only obligation is to buy something from the bar.
HOUSEKEEPING
We change towels every 3 days , linens every week and room cleaning once per week.
Guests can request additional cleaning one day in advance.
Overnight tax is at 0.50 euros per night payable upon check in
