Super Central Smart Home

LGBTIQ+-friendly guest suite super central in Berlin and close to many gay/queer hotspots. This guest suite is at the border to the famous party and culture districts of Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain, in the district of Mitte (meaning "the middle"), so it can't get any more central.

Right across from the world-famous Kit Kat Club (with regular gay and queer parties)! To Berghain (the world's most famous club) and Lab-Oratory (the world's most hardcore gay ******** club), it's only a 30-minute walk, an 18-minute journey by public transport or less than 10 minutes by cab! The gay/queer hotspots in Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain are all within walking distance! The gay district in Schöneberg is 20 minutes away by public transport!

This is a "flat within the flat" of your hosts on the 7th floor. When you enter through the main door, you'll find yourself in a small hallway with two more lockable doors. The door to the left leads to the flat of your hosts. The door to the right is your private entrance to your private part of the flat, the small "flat within a flat".

After you step through that door (which can of course be locked by key), you have another door to the left that leads to a stylish bathroom in black and white with a rain shower and additional shower head. The second door leads to the main room (about 15 square meters) with a double bed (2 x 1.40 meters) with bed heating on each side. The window on the 7th floor (South-East side) here gives you a look over the districts of Mitte and Kreuzberg.

There is also a couch that can be turned into a small double bed, making this space available for up to 4 people. However, due to the size of the flat, ideally, we recommend it for 1-2 people.

Of course, you have access to fast Wifi. There is also a 43 inch smart tv with Netflix and other apps. The smart lights in the room allow you to switch between different shades of white (cold, neutral, and warm white), as well as to dim the lights to your preferred brightness. That way you can make a comfortable ambience at night, for instance.

Additionally, there is a small kitchenette (no full kitchen) with a kettle, a microwave, a coffee machine, a small fridge, a table and chairs, and a small stove for one pot to prepare small simple dishes. Tea, coffee, drinks, bread, cereals, snacks, etc are all included!

This kitchenette has no sink or dishwasher (you can get running water in the bathroom). But just leave the dirty dishes on the tray in the hallway (that you share with your hosts) in front of your private entrance and we will clean them for you. Here you can also leave any dirty sheets or towels and we will replace them for you.

Additionally, we also offer to wash your clothes for stays of 1 week or longer.

There is also a couch that can be turned into a small double bed, making this space available for up to 4 people. However, due to the size of the flat (the room is only 15 sqm big), ideally, we recommend it for 1-2 people.
