Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Located downtown just minutes by foot from the Cardinals and Blues stadiums, the SLU Law campus, the St. Louis Zoo, Forest Park, and the Arch, the building is good mix of being extremely close to all of the city's attractions, but still 1-2 blocks away from restaurants and bars.
Most attractions are easily accessible by foot or are a quick uber ride away. Easy access to the metro, major thoroughfares, businesses, dining, shopping and entertainment. ~15 minutes to the airport
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

With our “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage by the guest up to $1,500 is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Relax and enjoy the stay! It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected with CozySuites' coverage!
