Including a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The bedroom has privacy and is divided by a wall. There is also a living space with sofas and a kitchen table. The natural light in the unit is astonishing. Of course, if you prefer shade, we do have faux wood blinds that you can adjust to your liking. Kitchenette has a microwave and a fridge. Includes all dishware for up to four guests. Also includes an electric kettle, toaster and drip coffee machine. Everything you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home. We are on the corner of Fir St and Sixth St in San Diego. Right across Sixth St is Balboa Park, one of the top destination attractions San Diego has to offer. You will find amazing Museums surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Walking through Balboa Park you will also find a lot of local vendors and artists. You can do your morning run at the park and enjoy Sunny San Diego. Conveniently located on sixth avenue and a CVS a block away from outside of the building. You will be within walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops.

Having a vehicle is ideal anywhere in California but not necessary when staying at this apartment. You will find many things are at a walking distance or short Uber/Lyft ride. The San Diego airport is 2.4 miles to our apartment, that is usually a couple minutes’ drive.
Parking
We do have a parking garage on the property, but it is limited and is on a first come first serve basis, the fee for parking in our parking garage is 30$ per day. There is also parking on the streets surrounding our building. However, it is meter parking. Be aware of the signage. Always make sure to lock your vehicle. Please make sure to email us prior to your arrival if you choose to purchase a parking day pass, so we can email a parking pass and you can place it on the driver's side dash where it is visible. We have an on-site laundromat and it is located next to the vending machines and management office.
