1.-Not third party booking is allowed, no other person but the one on the profile is to check in, ID will be required.
2.-No parties or events allowed.
3.-Absolutely No Smoking inside the house!
4.- Due to Special Covid 19 regulations is absolutely forbidden meetings or parties in our houses , this regulation imposed by Miami Dade County is enforced by a permanent police patrolling the area so it is very important keep sound and noise at minimum not disturbing the neighbors to avoid serious problems with the authorities . Before 9:30 pm noise and sound has to be kept low but after 10 pm noise and sound is forbidden in the back area and outside in the front of the house .
