There is a communal pool 100m away for you to enjoy. You have your own private garden and outdoor patio area giving you privacy to enjoy your own space. Your closest beach is a 10 min walk away; and you are very close to shops, restaurants and the bus route.
This magnificent 4 bedroom villa has sleeping accommodation for 8 guests. Recently renovated, this stylish home has everything that you need to enjoy your holiday; and offers lots of cupboard space. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery as well as all all cooking utensils; and there is free WiFi throughout. There is bed linen as well as bath and swimming towels for you to use.
The keys are in a keybox outside the front door.
As our guest, you have full use of the pool area and gardens; and we have sun loungers available for you to use near the pool.
Limnaria Villas is located in Kato Paphos and is very close to the main promenade and tourist strip with many restaurants, shops, bars and hotels.
Animal Rescue Cyprus is about 500m away which gives you an opportunity to have a life changing experience to interact with a variety of animals. We encourage you to visit and support them.
The bus stops are down the road from the complex; but most places are within walking distance - including a sandy beach.
You might faintly hear the dogs barking occasionally at the Animal Rescue Cyprus, but this is mainly during feeding times only.
Pool rules:
1. There is no lifeguard or fence around the pool, so use of the pool is entirely at your own risk.
2. Opening hours: the pool is only open from 9AM until 6PM from May - October. Absolutely no entry to the pool is allowed outside of these times.
3. NO GLASS, CERAMICS OR SHARP OBJECTS are allowed around the pool – plastic containers only.
4. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION (AGE 18+)
5. Appropriate swimwear must be worn by all swimmers – particularly young children and babies. Swimming nappies MUST be worn at ALL times by babies.
