If you do plan a party there will be an additional cleaning/accommodation fee. It’s a small home but is very accommodating. We hosted our wedding here. The room itself is pretty basic, great for sleeping in with blackout curtains and blinds but the sun does shine quite hard in the space.
There is only one restroom in the home and it’s located off the kitchen for now as we’re planning some renovations in the future.
Friendly , well mannered housebroken dogs are welcome but we don’t allow pets on furniture.
Checkout time is 10:00 am day of checkout but we’re flexible depending on bookings
