Creekside Cabin is located at the Bryce Resort in beautiful Basye, Virgina. Bryce Resort is a four season resort offering Snow Skiing, Snow Tubing, Ice Skating, Mountain Bike trails, Scenic Chairlift Rides, Mountain Frisbee Golf, 18 holes of Championship Golf, Fishing/Swimming/Canoeing on beautiful Lake Laura, Miniature Golf, Golf Driving Range, Hiking and Biking Trails, Tennis Courts, A Swimming Pool, and access to The Lodge which includes meeting rooms, banquet facilities, a ski shop, and the famous Copper Kettle Bar and Grill. Bryce Resort also offers professional ski lessons and golf lessons. Please note that some amenities require resort membership and some have additional charges.

No parties, gatherings, or events are to be held at Creekside Cabin without the written approval of the host.
No business of any kind may be conducted at Creekside Cabin without the written approval of the host. This does not include working remotely via the internet.
Tampering with the wireless router in any way will result in a $150.00 charge for servicing the router and may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund of your rental fees, service fees, or cleaning fee.
Tampering with or covering up any of our Nest camera system will result in a $150.00 charge for servicing the system and may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund of your rental fees, service fees, or cleaning fee. One camera is located in our parking area and the other is located at the front door of the cabin in the doorbell.
No underage drinking or illicit/illegal drug possession/use is allowed anywhere on the property.
No pets or animals are allowed at Creekside Cabin or anywhere on the property. If you bring a pet or animal onto the property it may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund of your rental fees, service fees, or cleaning fee. There will be an additional $250.00 cleaning fee assessed to those who violate this rule.
Smoking is not allowed. We ask that you do not smoke anywhere on the property or inside the cabin, this includes all tobacco products, vaping, and marijuana. There will be an additional $250.00 cleaning fee assessed to those who violate this rule.
Furniture or furnishings including artwork and the grill shall not be moved or rearranged with the exception of dining chairs and the sleeper sofa. Rearranging of any furniture or furnishings will result in a $150.00 charge for resetting the cabin.
No candles or open flames are allowed anywhere inside the cabin or on the property other than the wood burning fireplace with the screen closed and the use of the propane gas barbecue grill according to instructions.
Guests are to report any discovered issues immediately to the host via messaging on the booking platform. Our property is thoroughly inspected before and after each guest stay for the security of our home and for your comfort and safety.
The hosts of Creekside Cabin will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for, nor will we offer compensation or refunds of any type, for Power Outages, Internet Outages, Water Outages, Presence of Woodland Animals, or for Weather Conditions. We ask that you understand that certain things are beyond our control and may occur at any time without notice.
Guests are not allowed in the lower level of the home. Please do not use the spiral staircase. For your safety, please ensure that the gate at the top of the stairs is closed and latched at all times.
