It was a little farm of 200m2, built on the beginning of the 1800s, and totally renewed in 2020, in the middle of vineyards and olive trees.

Located in the wine road of « Terre di Pisa » territory, Terricciola is the reference in term of wine culture in this area.
The numerous Etruscan findings suggest its central role for the production of wine and olive oil already in the old times, certainly because of the particular type of soil, characterized by sands and fossil deposits, favorable for the cultivation of olives and vines.
The name Terricciola refers to the word earth, therefore to the concept of Terroir.
The village is part of the National Association of Wine Cities.
Casa Loumavi is a typical Tuscan old home, settled in the middle of its vineyards and olive trees plantations. After renovations in 2020, it is still a little winery with olive oil production but only for friends and family. Landscape and view here are just amazing! No neighbour around, calme and peace.
The house is 35mn from Pisa International airport (very convenient), and 1h from Florence airport.
