The walk/bike track is right out the front which can take you into Victor Harbor central or perhaps the other direction to The Bluff. The boat ramp is just a one minute drive and Victor Harbor Golf Club which offers meals and a stunning view, is only 5 minutes away too.
The house itself offers 3 bedrooms at the front of the house along with two bathrooms and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area.
At the rear of the home you’ll find another huge living space with pool table, more couches and second tv. The fourth bedroom is also located at the rear. See floor plan for more info.
There is expansive decking at the front for outdoor entertaining along with a bbq.
Free unlimited wifi is included along with bed linen, bathroom towels and tea towels so you can arrive to a home that has the beds made for you and all set for you to unpack the car and start enjoying your holiday.
You will just need to bring your own beach towels with you or we can provide for an additional $30 ( total for

Bedroom 4 will be locked if there are fewer than 5 guests staying. If you need four bedrooms with four guests then an additional charge of $40 per night, will be charged.
