Property amenities include driveway and free street parking, shared coin laundry facilities in the basement, and back patio with a propane BBQ grill. ** Please note: there are Several steep steps to access this unit.** You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras.

• There is a shared driveway with room for 3 cars. Absolutely no trailers or boats are allowed and no parking on the grass.

• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
