Sea Breeze is located on a cul-de-sac, and comes with the sound of birds chirping when you awake in the morning. The closest beaches are Umina and Ettalong which are about 15 min drive away. Aldi, a bottle shop, Thai food and a cafe are a 2 min drive away. Coles and a shopping centre are less than a 5 min drive. Restaurants like The Coast, The Boathouse, Gosford RSL and the Sailing Club are 5-10 min drive away.
Point Clare train stations is 900m away from the house.
There is room for at least two cars on the driveway and you are free to park on the street if need be. Being a cul-de-sac you should have no trouble parking on the street.
