It. Is. Huge. It's a beautifully decorated, 2500 sq. ft. downstairs apartment suite. There's a private entrance and self-check-in (If desired. We're usually here.) Some of the amenities include: 2 bedrooms - BEDROOM ONE: 1 queen bed, 1 double beds, 2 air beds (available upon request), dresser. closet, BEDROOM TWO: 2 dressers, closet, 2 airbeds (available upon request). The TV room has a FIREPLACE, wide-screen TV and Netflix. High speed WiFi, of course, and a home office space. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you'd ever need including breakfast fixings and pantry items to get you started. There's an extensive tea centre, Kids play corner: books, crafts, Lego, stuffed animals, puzzles, extensive library, laundry room, linens and towels, 1/2 acre fenced yard, deck, firepit, BBQ, and 2-car driveway parking

No smoking inside (outside is fine). Weed is legal in Canada, but that goes outside too. :-)
No parties or loud music please. Intimate gatherings and moderate music levels are absolutely fine.
Extra guests are usually welcomed, however, during Covid we ask that you keep to the original group. We are pretty strict about Covid protocol. Masks and cleaning supplies are included.
