(Our coral reefs provide great snorkeling and keep fishing and party boats far away) There is no other home like "Las Piedras" in all of Vieques. Newly refurbished with ample, modern spaces to entertain and relax both indoors and out, our fully gated location has rare beachfront privacy, a cliffside pool and comfort for 8+ guests.
The home was built in the late 1980's for the founder of 'Details' magazine. I've tried to keep the integrity of the original space and concept but update and renovate to provide modern comfort and style.

We are directly on the ocean and "Playa la Chata" a great beach for swimming, sunning and snorkeling. The town of Isabel II is a 5-10 minute drive with grocery stores, restaurants. The Bio Bay is the brightest bioluminescent bay in the world! (a total bucket list priority) and Vieques has the best, least crowded beaches in the Carribean! Many gay-friendly restaurants and bars- especially in Esperanza and there are island Pride events in June and several gay weeks with different sponsors throughout the year.

The hosts took the time to best showcase their accommodation. Their home is now ready for your stay and they look forward to welcoming you as their first misterb&b guest!No smoking, no pets, no parties (too many decks and liabilities).
Vieques' electrical system is still delicate from the ravages of Hurricane Maria. We have a whole-house generator but please use a/c only when you are in the bedrooms and when the powerful direct ocean breeze is insufficient.
And of course: Please treat the home with the care and respect you would your own.
