Welcome to our facility!
For a pleasant and safe stay, it is good to know the rules of the internal house rules.
-The apartment is exclusively reserved for registered Guests: therefore, access by unauthorized persons is prohibited; visits by any outside guests must be approved in advance by the Management.
-You may take possession of the 'unit after14:00 on the day of arrival and must vacate it by10:00 on the day of departure.
-Each guest is responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and valuables left in the apartment; the management is not responsible for their unfortunate misappropriation.-
-Each guest is responsible for his or her own behavior in the house and the surrounding area and common areas; in case of accidents attributable to him or her, he or she will be called upon to pay compensation for damages.
-The tenant is given the keys to the entire facility, in the event of loss and/or deterioration of the same, the landlord and/or person in charge must be promptly notified, the tenant will be charged for any costs of replacing the locks and/or rekeying them.
-You are kindly requested, before leaving your unit, to lock the door and windows, to close the umbrella, shade sails in case of bad weather conditions, to turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioner, stove...) and to turn off the water taps.
-The owner of the facility has the right, in the absence of the guest and under special circumstances, to enter the apartment to prevent the occurrence of possible damage or ******** owner is required to promptly inform
the guest of their entry into the apartment/room.
-Any disturbing noise is prohibited from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00.
-Ė it is possible to use equipment and appliances that are not part of the offer of the apartment/room only with the permission of the landlord.
In case of loss of or damage to facilities, furniture, appliances or equipment in the apartment, the guest is obliged to notify the landlord without delay. If the loss or damage is the fault of the guest, the guest will be liable for compensation equal to the equivalent value of the lost item or damage caused.
-Ė' It is strictly forbidden to remove appliances or parts of the equipment provided (towels, blankets and the like) from the apartment/room.
-It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
The manager makes available to guests who request it, the password for Internet access with their PC with wireless system
- The management has the right to suspend the provision of service to the guest who contravenes the provisions of these internal regulations.
-On arrival, each guest is required to hand over without delay their personal identification document (identity card or passport) ,so that they can report it to the relevant tourist office and Tourist Police Offices.
