The Coach home is a one bedroom apartment above the garage, with it's own entrance way and enclosed stairway. The apartment is 400 sf, so it is cozy but has a bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchen with a table to sit at. The vintage coach home was built in the 1930's and is full of charm. It has beautiful hard wood floors! Lots of windows for light, you feel like you are in a tree house above the property. You do need to be able to walk up the flight of stairs. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook your own meals, there is a microwave & coffee pot as well. The ceiling is low, although I am 6' tall, I do not have to duck or anything, but if you are 7' tall, you may need to.

The county courthouse is 3 blocks away also. The coach home is next to a Vintage Market and across the street from a Library. There is a gourmet sandwich & coffee shop 1/2 block down the street as well. Renningers Antique Extravaganza shows (and antique mall) in Mount Dora is about 7 miles away, at the other end of Lake Dora.

Their home is now ready for your stay and they look forward to welcoming you as their first misterb&b guest!The coach home is on the property of our Vintage Market, so we designate the parking on the side of the garage to allow use in the daytime to our retail customers, Although we close at 5pm. We do not allow smokers to rent (everyone in comes to the property must be a non-smoker, no smoking even outside due to our business). We also do not allow pets on property to make sure some guests do not have allergy issues.
