The building where the apartment is located is the first example of Futurism in Rome, and it is still all authentic, as is my apartment, for which a conservative restoration has been done. The ceilings are all 4 meters high; There is a large main entrance with marble floors, three lounges with inlaid parquet floors, a large corridor overlooked by 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and lastly the kitchen, with service access to the garden. I decided to share my room, the second room facing the corridor: it has a large double leather bed, private bathroom entirely in marble and teak with tub and shower and walk-in closet. I will sleep in my study, and I will use the bathroom that overlooks the corridor. Beyond the kitchen, still along the corridor, there is a service room with a bunk bed and in front of it there is another large bathroom with a large shower.
