No smoking indoors as we will have to do a full deep cleaning of the room before our next guests arrive and as such anyone caught smoking indoors will face a single night’s additional room charge - We love our hosts and local animal life, so please show respect to our staff and local pets - No more than 8 adults can sleep at Villa Iliou on any night  (our rooms are spacious but not a dormitory) - All meals and events with or without external guests at the house must be coordinated by the management and are subject to relevant service and cleaning fees - Wine and drinks options are available at an additional fee - Outside visitors must be approved by the management and coordinated with the hosts concurrently to ensure that all the guests and our neighbours are not bothered - Please be mindful of noise levels at night as we live in a sleepy rice farming village and we wish to remain respectful of the early sleeping times of our neighbours - Damage to the House or loss of any Heron House equipment will result in a corresponding damage fee to replace or repair said items - All guests must be asked to provide some official identification so that we can register all our happy guests with the local communal authorities in line with the laws of the government of Vietnam - All room charges, airport transfers, and extras can be added to the room bill to be paid upon checking out. Please note there is a 3% service charge for credit card payments and a 4% service charge for AMEX payments. - We are no longer accepting walk in or visits without an appointment in order to ensure the peace and quiet of our guests - In extreme circumstances of disregarding the fundamental house rules, the managements reserves the right to eject guests without reimbursement for the remainder of their stay The Official Fine Print: This Rental Agreement and Contract (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the Reservation Date written below by and between the undersigned person(s) or company (the “Guest”) and the undersigned owner, manager or agent (“Rental Agent”), pursuant to which the Guest has agreed to rent the residence described below (the “Property”), for the duration of the Rental Term for the Total Rental Fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein. OCCUPANCY Guest agrees that no more than [Max Guests] persons shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times. Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the Property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property.
