The open floor plan allows you to talk to guest as you prepare meals in the new kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and farmhouse sink. Our home boast 3 bedrooms and 2 art deco bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom and the master has a private bath and access to the patio. The fenced yard is equipped with chaise lounges, a sectional and a separate area with outdoor rockers. Great for afternoon or late night cocktails. But lets face it, you're coming to Wilton Manors for the strip and the beach..
