About the Place

Our Luxury Downtown Apartment views East Main St. that is around the corner from all Columbus has to offer in the Short North located between OSU Campus & Downtown Columbus. Enjoy easy access to all major highways, Convention Center, German Village & Arena District. This luxurious living High-end Finishes such as Hardwood Floors, Stainless Steel Appliances, Laundry Room, Granite Counter Tops, Terra Fine Art, Coffee, & High-end Bath Products.

Please note, the free Starbucks Coffee Machine on the second floor is only available from 6 AM to 10 AM.

As with all of our properties, our cleaning staff strives to adhere to all CDC and OSHA cleaning guidelines for added peace of mind during your stay.
Our One Bedroom, One Bathroom Apartment with one Full bed, Couch & Air Mattress has everything you need to enjoy your stay here in Columbus! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook, stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker that includes Coffee. There's a smart TV with Roku and Netflix (no cable) & FREE WiFi! Wood flooring & Granite counter-tops throughout and large windows allowing for natural light. A Washer & Dryer is available outside the apartment for your convenience along with a Walk in Shower inside your apartment (Shampoo, Body Wash, Towels, Face Towel and Hand Towels Included). Parking included (1 car); however, there are multiple parking options nearby in an indoor garage or surface lot that are paid at your expense.
You can access the home anytime after 4 PM by using the Keyless Keypad to enter with your unique code that is sent 3 days prior to arrival. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.

For early checkin or late checkout, please understand there is a $10 per hour cost as long as there is not a same day check in or check out. For late check out we asked that this is communicated the night before 9 pm in order to respectively communicate to our housekeepers. If not, there is a $40 hour charge the next day if there is not a check in. This MUST be approved by the Host.
Our building is right in downtown, Columbus. Walkable to downtown attractions as well as shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.

When you step outside our lovely apartment you will be right next to some of the top restaurants in the city. As you walk left you are steps away from Mikey's Late Night Slice, Dirty Frank's Hot Dog Place, The Woodbury, Condados Tacos, 4th and State, and many more!

The neighborhood is min from 6 min from Nationwide arena, 8 min from Short North, and 4 min from German Village.

The best fun things to do in the area are concerts at Nationwide arena or Express Live, OSU Games, Short North Bars/restaurants, Columbus theatre, and strolls through Scioto Mile or German Village.
Getting around is easy with this location.
Uber/Lyft rides are going to be the fastest/most convenient option, however, if you have a car there is plenty of paid parking lots located throughout the city.
If you are more adventurous, you can utilize the bird scooters, or rentable bikes located throughout major parts of the town.
Lastly, there is the Cota Bus system, which is the most cost-effective, but also the slowest.
** The sky deck is off limits to ALL my Short Term Tenants as this amenity is only for Long Term Tenants. This is why you don't see pictures marketed on the channel manager that you booked on. There are cameras outside that are monitored so please respect the understanding of not being allowed to access

HOUSE RULES:

1. NO Parties. Our properties are all residential, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. ONLY registered guests are permitted inside the property. Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, and police may be contacted and act on our behalf. We take this very seriously in order to protect our partner's assets and the city laws.

2. NO Smoking in or around our properties. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke we ask you to take it outside. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in a $200 fine or collection if necessary. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely.

3. NO music video recordings at all!

4. Keep in mind quiet hours to respect each and every one's stay around you. Quiet hours during the week are 10 pm to 7 am. On the weekend quiet hours are 11 pm to 6 am. Please understand breakage of these rules is immediate cancellation of your stay and will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

5. WIFI:
Our properties are equipped with free high-speed internet. The network name and password will be sent to you a few hours prior to check-in. Please refrain from any illegal downloads as it’s a federal offense here in the US.

6. HOUSEKEEPING:
We provide linens, towels, poggesi soaps (shampoo, conditioner, & soap), makeup wipes, ground coffee or k-cups, salt and pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, and paper towels, hand soap, kitchen soap, dish detergent pods inside the unit for you. If there is a washer and dryer offered inside the property then we provide laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets.

If you have arrived and something is missing, please alert us immediately so that we can make sure to send someone over with the replacement as soon as possible. If you are in a unit where an air mattress is available and have spoken with our team about using it, the extra pillow and sheets are in the closets. We do not provide daily housekeeping or laundry service during your stay unless requested for long-term stays.

7. SURVEILLANCE:
Our properties are monitored by EXTERIOR security cameras. These are used for the security of you, your guests, and others around you. Please refrain from any illegal activity on or around the premises.
8. CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM:
Our Customer Service Team is available Monday through Sunday 24/7, but understand they work outside of the US so we ask to understand time differences and or connection issues every now and then. Keep in mind our team is always here for you to ensure you have a 5-star experience. Please do not call or text the number provided through the channel you booked as it will go to voicemail. Please communicate through here unless there is a maintenance emergency

9. MAINTENANCE & PROPERTY MANAGER:
Business hours for our on-the-ground team and maintenance work from 8 am to 5 pm. Our maintenance team is on call though after hours when needed and available. Please note if they DO NOT answer then they are handling another job for a guest and to text them your first/last name, property address, and concern. If there is a life-threatening or medical emergency please call 911 immediately.
