This 50 m2 ground floor Apartment has a private entrance, located 50 metres from the Beach. It is the most new of the area (2020) and very carefully furnished and decorated with elegant pieces, in white, blue, green and natural wood colours.
We provide endless luxury amenities. Air conditioned, WiFi , satellite Tv, Netflix, Game Console, Games, 30 German Books, First Aid Kit etc. Fully equiped Kitchen, towels and sheets.
We will welocome you anytime of the day or night and show you the Apartment. We will answer to all your questions. If you prefer, you always have the choice to check-in alone 24 hours. Locked Storage area is also available outside of the apartment.
We offer to all of you a welcome pack which includes coffee, tea, juices, water, jam, bread, virgin olive oil etc.
You will find everything, from towels and sheets, to sewing kits, toys for your kids, equipment for the beach, electronic safe box etc.
Inside the apartment, there is a big hard copy of our manual, where you can find useful information about the apartment, the devices and the area around. In addition, there is a book for Crete, a book with all Cretan beaches, maps and a nice collection of 30 German books to read on your free time!
Hospitals
There are 2 big hospitals outside Heraklion city. If for personal reasons you need to stay close to a hospital, we would like to inform you that staying in our place you are more close to the University Hospital than someone who lives in Heraklion city. Calls for ambulance: 166 or ******** meters away our apartment, there is a private health center with a private ambulance.
Amoudara, is the closest Touristic area from Heraklion! It is a continuation of Heraklion City. The resort developed for tourism. The longest Beach is here! More than 7 kilometres beach with EU blue flag and fine brownish sand, ideal to serve all the visitors!
A peaceful area full of hotels, apartments, cafes, traditional restaurants with Greek food, gift shops, Mall, theater, pharmacies, private clinic etc. Here you can also do water sports, windsurfing included. Along the coast there are a lot of organized beaches with full of restaurants, bars, umbrellas, swimming pools, lifeguards, showers, changing rooms.
All groups of visitors are welcome here! From friends to couples and families with their children. Thousands of people are visiting Amoudara every year, from those who like crowded places, to those who prefer to stay secluded.

We are 24 hours here for all of you. To answer all of your questions before you arrive at our place and of course to help you with all of our energy during your holidays in our apartment.
Those past years, we dealt with a lot of situations. We helped all of our guests, one by one, every time. It happened to give spare keys, to unlock locked doors, to drive them to the hospital sometimes, to find baby sitters, to give them useful information, suggestions etc.
Just, please take your bags and your laugh with you! And leave the rest for us!
You can use all the means of Transport to arrive to and leave from our Luxury Apartment.
By Car
Either you have your own or a rented car, there is so much free space, just outside the building for you to park your vehicle. The area is very peaceful and safe, so you have nothing to worry about. Just follow the maps of your phone, to navigate around. In a while, you will learn all the area by heart.
By Taxi
Arriving in Heraklion by Air or By Sea? No problem! Both at the Airport and the Port, there are kiosks with Taxis waiting to drive you to your destination.
You should pay an average of 27 Euros per Taxi when departing from the Airport and an average of 17 Euros per Taxi when you are departing from the Port. Each Taxi can carry up to four passengers. This is an estimated cost from the Airport – Port, to our Apartment. Please take into consideration that the final cost is calculated by a taximeter. Rides between midnight and 5 am have an additional cost.
If you are interested, one day before your way back to the Airport or Port, we can book a Taxi for you. We can plan the time that the taxi driver will be waiting for you outside of the building. The driver will drive you to the destination for a fixed price. The price to the Airport is 23 Euros and to the Port is 12 Euros.
By bus
Heraklion Airport --> Our place
Route 06 starts from the airport, passes towards the city center and finally ends to Amoudara (our neighbourhood). The same bus returns to the airport again! It is a circular route.
Heraklion Airport --> Heraklion City --> Ammoudara (Bus Line 6)
Ammoudara --> Heraklion City --> Heraklion Airport (Bus Line 1)
The bus stop close to our apartment is: “HOTEL MARIRENA” stop and you need to walk for about 300 meters (approximately 4 minutes of walking)
Tickets: One Way from Kiosk: 1.50€ // One Way from Driver: 2,50€ // Daily Ticket from Kiosk or Driver: 5,00€
