SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside any of our apartments or the common areas.
DAMAGES: All damage to the apartment or its content (eg. bed covers, kitchen utensils) will be deducted from the guest’s Security Deposit (see Contracto).
SECURITY: Please make sure to escort all visitors to the front door; they are not allowed to wonder through the common areas. And, for your own security, make sure the front door remains locked at all times.
CHECK-OUT: Please note the check-out time is 11:30 hrs. All guests exceeding the time will be charged an additional night.
