AbOUT THE APARTMENT: I bought my apartment 10 years ago and love it. It is on the groundfloor. The apartment has 4 rooms and a patio in the back. IOne toilet and one bathroom with shower, washingmachine and dryer. You can use the kitchen but communication and respect is always good. It is only a 7 minutes walk to the busstop and 15 minutes to the trainstation. (The bus goes directly and takes 30 minutes).

If you have a car its very easy to go to the beaches and south Skåne with beautiful nature.
Copenhagen is very easy to reach by train.
Malmö is a very international city and you can find almost everything!
A lot of restaurants, shops, bars etc.
