Your private bedroom with ONE new queen bed and cotton linens has views of the mountains. You’ll have your own adorable mid-century styled not-so-mini-fridge and coffee/tea maker in your space with closet as well as complementary WiFi. Your (across the hall) bathroom includes combination tub/shower. This bathroom might be shared with the resident owner of the house.
The pool can be heated for $8 per degree increase daily, which in the WINTER months is roughly $******** first day, about $70 each additional day; in SPRING and AUTUMN, for about $50 a day. SUMMER-time pool temp is a perfect 85-88F.
Please be mindful that two sweet indoor cats reside here as well.

Just 12 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport. Lyft/Uber will have you traveling along palm tree lined boulevards on your way to your getaway destination in no time.
In 13-17 minutes you can be in downtown Palm Springs, enjoying bars, shops and restaurants along the Arenas Road Gay District and other hot spots. There's a large gay population here (some even refer to it as a "gay retirement village”). It’s a wonderful place to be gay and gray (and their admirers!).
