The White Cottage Byrin Bay is loved by single travelers and couples of all genders who keep coming back to us :)
It is cozy and privately nested on my property. Fully fenced with own entrance and lock-code gate. If instead of a ­flash designer hotel you prefer a beautiful white clean space with soul - this is your place . I proudly designed it myself using up-cycled second-hand furniture and some happily found treasures, like vintage pieces mixed with modern furniture to give that magic getaway a fresh and also romantic relaxed feel.
 I try to envision what I’d love to find in my accommodations during my travels and I keep improving and updating here and there as the need arises.  
It’s the perfect space to come back to on sunny days after a full dive into the beach life;
or on rainy days the perfect place to finally read that book, watch that movie, in between cuddling, napping and tea time .
Whatever the need, this is an amazing, cozy & clean space that allows you to just be .
 
Overview
A few extra amenities have been provided including beach towels, beach umbrella, extra bath towels, rain umbrellas, iron and ironing board. Cleaning tools & products can be found in the walk-in wardrobe cabinet. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer & organic toiletry products. In the outdoor area there are handy hooks, bamboo rack drier and bamboo ladder rack 
 
-The kitchen:
When possible, we love to spoil you with complementary extra-virgin olive oil, organic salt & brown sugar plus organic nut jar & a seasonal fruit basket .
Feel free to use our 4 pieces gas stove, cookware, utensils and appliances as needed. 
Some storage space is available for groceries in the cabinets. When you close the bedroom doors you’ll find a well-sized kitchen area despite being a one bedroom studio; with a extendable table and two chairs (some of our guests use the extension for drawing )
Please put your glasses, cups & dishes in the cabinets after use and please wash up.
 
-The bedroom:
Outfitted with a ceiling fan and wooden roller doors which can be closed to divide the space at night or as desired. The super comfy new mattress is of course provided with mattress and pillow protectors…thinking about our guests’ health and protection from allergens and irritants. Pure cotton sheets and towels plus a bamboo or feather doona - depending on the season.
There is a vintage beauty desk with drawers and two extra chairs in the bedroom plus a good- sized, regular flat-screen TV ( sorry no Apple, Foxtel etc. provided as these days everyone has their own personal preferences and carry their own devices for work or leisure) 
 
-The walk-in wardrobe:
Accessed from the bedroom it is outfitted with closet, industrial drawers, and a cabinet containing extra blankets and towels, a beach umbrella, beach towels, ironing eqipment and cleaning products/bucket plus an electric heater just in case. 
 
- The bathroom:
Italian mosaic tiles, big vintage mirror, huge shower you can dance in, with 2 shower heads: a fixed rain one and an extractable/hose. 
On the bamboo shower rack you will find complementary local/organic body wash, shampoo and conditioner, plus there is a great hairdryer under the sink cabinet. Oh and there is a bidet for your luxury and comfort :)
 
Outdoor area :
The veranda is fully decked and filled with spots to relax in, plus a daybed, chairs, vintage table to dine outside, a beautiful modern cane hanging-chair and bicycles (the pump, gear lubricant, lock & helmets are found in the little cabinet near the bikes)
All around the patio you will find succulents and native plants that I personally planted and care for in vintage teacups spread throughout the outside. 
 
I love white. I love succulents. I love what I envisioned and transformed into The White Cottage: a beautiful, tranquil and personal space where you can really get away.
