We have a great private suite in our Kirkwood neighborhood home in Atlanta. The room is located on the main floor of our house and has its own private ensuite bathroom, direct access to the screened porch and plenty of closet and furniture for storage. There is a well furnished home gym on the main level of the home as well. We both work from home and have a medium size dog. We are both natives to Atlanta and know the city very well. We often spend our weekends out at our farm, but we love the neighborhood of Kirkwood and all it has to offer as well as its close proximity to the excitement of downtown and midtown without all the hassle of being right up in the middle of it all. We are about a 5-10 min uber ride from all the gay bars, we are .25 miles from the belt line, and we are walking distance to a half dozen or more restaurants. We are open to long and short term rentals.

ALL of Atlanta is "gay-friendly" and our neighborhood is one of the more diversified communities within the city. We are walking distance to several restaurants and are no more than a 5-10 min ride to nearly all of the gay bars.

You may be on vacation but we are living our day to day routines. If you're in town for work, we are a quiet couple who works from home and keep very regular hours. there is to be no smoking in the house to include the screened porch but there is a covered front porch if you must smoke. Having a car in Atlanta is almost a necessity but parking on property is impossible so be mindful of street parking rules - there is a ton of available parking near our house. We also ask that you not bring tricks back to our home.....
