I live at west Broadway. Centrally located in Vancouver. Great access to public transit, the seawall and a short walk to Cambie Village shopping centre. Also great access to get into downtown and the west end. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and offers shopping, cafe and eating options at South Granville and South Cambie st. I live in an older apartment building with a spacious layout. Only 9 units in the building. The residents are quiet, respectful and friendly. Definitely looking for guests that can comply with these standards. I'm north facing so the apartment stays at a moderate and comfortable temperature throughout the summer months.

Sorry no pets and no smoking on the building property. Please no guests brought back to the apartment. The building is old and not super well sound insulated. Keeping noise levels down after 11 is appreciated by the neighbours.
