From one to seven guests, McKinley House expands to meet your needs.
McKinley House is located in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood just minutes from I-40 and I-27. In total, the house is 1,226 sq. ft. and has a living area with 50" flatscreen TV, dining area with seating for six, full kitchen, one bathroom with a shower and one bathroom with a shower/tub combination, laundry room, patio with table and chairs, outdoor grill, fenced backyard, and up to three bedroom suites. Enjoy free high speed WiFi and Amazon Prime TV.
If you are a pet parent, there is a pet fee of $20.

PETS: There is a pet fee of $20 per stay. Up to 2 pets are allowed. If you have more than 2 pets, please contact us prior to booking. Pets should stay off beds and furniture. There is a fenced back yard. Convenience bags are on the entry table for you to clean up after your pet and stain remover is located in the laundry room should your pet have an accident. Please let us know about any accidents so that we can clean more thoroughly. If you don't clean up after your pet, we may charge additional cleaning fees, up to $50.
PARTIES, EVENTS OR GATHERINGS: Unfortunately, the neighborhood is too quite to party so our place isn't suitable for gatherings.
VISITORS: Yes, we hope you get lucky too, but the maximum house occupancy is seven people. Please make sure you book the correct number of guests staying overnight. Please insure you don't exceed the maximum occupancy and visitors don't stay overnight.
WHAT YOU'RE GETTING: When booking, you are getting a private stay. Rooms are made available depending on your needs and the number of guests you book. Contact us if you need access to additional rooms.
INCIDENTALS: Travel incidentals are located in a cabinet in the kitchen and are available for a nominal fee paid on the honor system.
CHILDREN: The house is not child proof and we do not have a crib or pack-n-play.
SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is permitted outside only.
OTHER: If you're staying more than one night extra essentials are supplied. If you run out of anything, please contact us.
